I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, and together, we will work to address any distress that may have brought you to seek counseling. It is important to note that therapy can bring about more questions before answers. It will be, at times, very uncomfortable. However, therapy does offer the potential for improved sense of self, coping skills to navigate life stressors, improved communication skills, and overall perspective. My experience includes cultural identity development, anxiety & depression, emerging adult issues, substance abuse, anger management, grief/ loss, trauma/ PTSD and behavioral issues such as ADHD. I have 5+ years of working with a diverse population, including adolescents, adults and Veterans in private and outpatient settings. I hope to inspire clients to be brave in addressing areas of pain and discomfort to boldly live their fullest lives.
